Terms of Service

By using QUYSS you agree to these terms. QUYSS lets you configure AI agents and run them on machines you connect through a small local runner. AI output can be wrong — check it before you rely on it. You are responsible for what your agents do and for how you use their output. Your model credentials stay on your machines; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

• You must be at least 16 years old. QUYSS is not directed to children.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Give accurate information when you register.

QUYSS is a control plane: it stores the agents, messages, and files you create, and relays your instructions to agent processes that run on the machines you own, behind a local runner. The AI models your agents use run under the provider credentials on those machines — QUYSS orchestrates them, it does not run the models itself.

You agree not to use QUYSS to:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate unlawful or harmful content;
• attack, probe, or disrupt QUYSS, other users, or systems you are not authorised to access;
• abuse the service, evade limits, or resell it without our agreement.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the service or others at risk.

• Accuracy. AI agents can produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or offensive, and can confidently state things that are wrong. Review and verify output before you act on it — especially for anything consequential.
• Not professional advice. Output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and using QUYSS does not create a professional relationship. Consult a qualified professional for decisions that need one.
• Third-party AI processing. The prompts and conversations you route through an agent are sent to and processed by the AI provider you connect (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI), under that provider's own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for what you send to them.
• Ownership and responsibility. As between you and QUYSS, you keep your inputs and the output your agents generate for you. Output may not be unique — the same or similar output can be generated for other users. You are responsible for the output you use and for any actions your agents take on your machines.

• QUYSS offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid web plans are sold and billed through Freemius, our authorised reseller and merchant of record; purchases made in the iOS or Android apps are billed by the respective app store. A purchase on any of these lands on the same account.
• Paid plans renew automatically for the billing period you choose until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a web subscription anytime from Settings → Billing (via “Manage subscription”); app-store purchases are managed in that store's account settings.
• Refunds are handled under the policy of the seller you bought through (Freemius or the app store). Prices and plan features may change; we will give notice of material changes before they take effect for you.

You can stop using QUYSS at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or where we must for legal or security reasons. When access ends, your right to use the service stops; sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, and liability) continue to apply.

QUYSS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate, reliable, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QUYSS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for lost profits or data, or for any decision or action taken in reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version always lives at quyss.net/terms with its date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: [email protected].
