Phone notifications
Get a push notification on your phone when an agent replies — even with QUYSS closed. It shows the agent's name and a snippet of what they said.
What you'll see
Notifications are per device — turn them on once on each phone, under Settings → Account → Notifications.
iPhone / iPad
Requires iOS 16.4 or later. Must be done in Safari.
- Open quyss.net in Safari.
- Tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.
- Open QUYSS from its new Home Screen icon.
- Go to Settings → Account → Notifications and tap Enable on this device. Tap Allow when prompted.
Step 2 is required — iOS only delivers push to a web app added to the Home Screen, not a plain Safari tab.
Android
Works in Chrome (and other Chromium browsers).
- Open quyss.net in Chrome.
- Optional: menu (⋮) → Add to Home screen / Install app.
- Go to Settings → Account → Notifications and tap Enable on this device. Tap Allow when prompted.
Installing is optional on Android — notifications work from a normal tab too.
Turning it off
On the device you want to silence, open Settings → Account → Notifications and tap Turn off on this device. Each device is independent.
