Phone notifications

Get a push notification on your phone when an agent replies — even with QUYSS closed. It shows the agent's name and a snippet of what they said.

What you'll see

Notifications are per device — turn them on once on each phone, under Settings → Account → Notifications.

iPhone / iPad

Requires iOS 16.4 or later. Must be done in Safari.

  1. Open quyss.net in Safari.
  2. Tap ShareAdd to Home ScreenAdd.
  3. Open QUYSS from its new Home Screen icon.
  4. Go to Settings → Account → Notifications and tap Enable on this device. Tap Allow when prompted.

Step 2 is required — iOS only delivers push to a web app added to the Home Screen, not a plain Safari tab.

Android

Works in Chrome (and other Chromium browsers).

  1. Open quyss.net in Chrome.
  2. Optional: menu (⋮) → Add to Home screen / Install app.
  3. Go to Settings → Account → Notifications and tap Enable on this device. Tap Allow when prompted.

Installing is optional on Android — notifications work from a normal tab too.

Turning it off

On the device you want to silence, open Settings → Account → Notifications and tap Turn off on this device. Each device is independent.
